This is because GarageMax utilizes Bluetooth 4.0/5.0, the most secure consumer-based wireless protocol available. For added protection, you can also implement multiple layers of password security.

GarageMax is compatible with a wide range of garage door openers. It works seamlessly with brands such as Genie, Liftmaster, Chamberlain, Sears Craftsman, Raynor, Wayne-Dalton, Axis Cam, AccessMaster, Somfy, and nearly all garage door openers built in the past 50 years that use a simple wall switch. However, please note that newer models of Liftmaster/Chamberlain/Craftsman with a yellow learn button are only compatible with Chamberlain accessories and not with GarageMax.
